Maiga & HHM Company Limited is a company duly registered and incorporated under the laws of Ghana in 2017. The company received its license to operate as an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) from the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) in 2019.
Founded by Mohammed Hama, a respected traditional leader and entrepreneur.

Core Business:
We trade in white petroleum products, namely Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and Automotive Gas Oil (AGO).

We are at the forefront of Ghana’s oil marketing industry, setting standards for quality and reliability since 2017. Our Team

Mohammed Hama – Founder & CEO

A traditional chief of Oshuiman in Amasaman, Mr. Hama has over 25 years of informal experience in the petroleum industry. Starting with mechanized fuel sales and working with multiple OMCs, he built Maiga & HHM on deep expertise and community-driven values. He is also into other an entrepreneurial establishment and a Philanthropist.

Our Team

Hindu Mohammed – Director

Hindu Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. She also possesses a Diploma in Teaching from the University of Education, Winneba. Hindu brings a strong background in finance and education, contributing significantly to the strategic direction of Maiga & HHM. She also doubles as an importer of golden jewelries and fabrics from the UAE.

Our Team

Fahad Mohammed – Incoming Chief Accounting and Tax Compliance Officer

Fahad Mohammed is currently a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY) Ghana. He will be joining Maiga & HHM as the Chief Accounting and Tax Compliance Officer upon completion of the company’s ongoing restructuring process.

Fahad holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), where he graduated with First Class Honours. His journey in accounting began at Swedru School of Business, where he graduated in 2019.

Fahad is currently at the final level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) professional qualification exams. He began his professional journey with Maiga & HHM as an intern in 2020.

To deepen his understanding of the petroleum downstream industry, he has also interned with other prominent OMCs across Ghana. His passion, academic excellence, and professional experience make him a valuable asset to the future of Maiga & HHM Company Limited.

Our transformation focuses on:

Product Expansion: Introducing new petroleum products including LPG and lubricants.
Tech Integration: Automating systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and customer experience
Leadership Development: Bringing in specialized talent to strengthen compliance, finance, and governance.
This restructuring marks a bold step toward becoming a fully digitized, customer-focused OMC.
